Happy Friday, everyone! 🌟

Today, I want to bring your focused attention to why "I'm only subscribing to things that give me energy!"

The Reality of Everyday Life

Social media is full of posts about living our lives to the fullest, but many content creators showcase lifestyles that seem out of reach for everyday people like us. Balancing a full-time job, family responsibilities, and everything else that comes with life can make finding time for self-care feel impossible. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your own well-being amidst all the demands.

I believe professional development is an integral aspect of our work as Early Childhood Educators. Education should be accessible for all, and the ability to continue to further develop one's skills and understanding in their practice as ECEs is key to supporting children's overall development and well-being.

That's why I've created this Community of Practice—an inclusive space where ECEs can connect, learn, and grow together. Here, you will have the opportunity to further develop your understanding of current health, wellness, and spiritual practices, with a specific emphasis on practices for children. My mission for this community is to foster a supportive and encouraging environment for professional development and the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
